Buttons present by default allow you to filter the task lists according to different criteria.

Personal space filters

My tasks

This filter allows you to view all the tasks you are responsible for. You will find a summary of everything that concerns you in all workspaces.

Delegated tasks

This filter allows you to view all the tasks you have delegated to other users. The sections have the names of the people responsible for the tasks.

The funnel button

Tasks watched

This filter allows you to display all the tasks you are a watcher for.

Tasks created

This filter allows you to view all the tasks you have created.

All

This filter allows you to display all the tasks you have access to.

The workspaces filters

All tasks

This filter allows you to display all workspaces tasks.

My tasks

This filter allows you to display all the workspaces you are responsible for in the workspace.

The funnel button

Unassigned tasks

This filter allows you to display all workspaces without a responsible person in the workspace.

The tasks watched

This filter allows you to display all the workspaces you are a watcher for in the workspace.

The tasks created

This filter allows you to display all the workspaces you have created in the workspace.

The archives

A drop-down menu is present by default in your personal space as well as in all workspaces. It groups together the archives of these spaces. The tasks are categorized according to their status. The Open tasks filter, active by default, displays all the tasks in progress in the space.

Completed tasks

This filter allows you to view all tasks that have been completed.

Open tasks and completed tasks

This filter allows you to view all open tasks and completed tasks.

Deleted tasks

This filter allows you to view all tasks that have been deleted.

All tasks

This filter allows you to view all tasks: open tasks, completed tasks and deleted tasks.
