Checklist template name

Description of the checklist model

It is possible to add a description to the checklist template or edit existing text. As a reminder, the description of the template will be carried over to all future checklists launched.

  2. Edit the text formatting.

  3. Click on Save

Members

In this section, you can add or remove members from your checklist and change their access rights (Member or Moderator).

  • To add a member, click on the blue button Add a member

  • To remove a member, click on symbol of a red man with a cross to the right of the member in question

  • To change access rights, click on the drop-down menu and select Member or Moderator

Customized sections

Custom sections allow you to organize the checklist template by integrating sub-tasks to sort tasks. For example, a template of Employee Onboarding checklists is created and then subdivided into three categories that define the progress of the onboarding procedure > Before onboarding > Onboarding day > After onboarding.

  1. Enter the name of the personalized section

  2. Click on + or simply press Enter to validate the entry.

  3. Customized sections entered are listed here

Note that if sections are added or edited in the template once it has been created, this does not modify the checklists that have been launched from the same template. If modifications are made afterwards, new checklists will have to be launched to replace the old ones in order for the modifications to be effective.

Once the custom sections are entered, it is possible to delete them (1), edit their names (2) or move them by clicking on them without releasing the mouse.

In the checklist template Employee onboarding, you can now see the custom sections you have created. It is now possible to distribute the tasks in the sections by clicking on them without releasing the mouse. All checklists launched from this template will now have the same sections and the tasks will be automatically distributed to them.

Customized sections allow unlimited use cases: project stages, progress statuses, groups by department, etc.

Custom fields

You can activate the custom fields you have created in this section. To do this, simply activate or deactivate the toggle to the right of the desired custom field (1).

History

This tab allows you to track all the changes made to the checklist template.
