Export a checklist

It is possible to export a checklist in three types of format: PDF, Excel and CSV.

Export a checklist

It is possible to export tasks from a checklist. The default title of the exported document will contain two elements: the name of the template of the document and the name of the checklist specified in brackets.

To export a checklist :

  1. Go to the template of the checklist.

  2. Click on the checklist in question

  3. Click Export and select the tab of the desired export format.

Export in PDF format

It is possible to choose what will appear on the exported document in PDF format.

Field Title

A title is generated automatically, if necessary it is possible to edit it: click on the Field Title and enter the new title (1).

Field Footer

The footer text is generated automatically and contains the current date and the name of the user generating the export. It is possible to edit it: click on the field and enter the new footer text (2).

Field Tasks to export

Define which tasks are to be exported (3) :

  • All tasks

  • Selected tasks

Field Items to show

Choose the items that will appear on the exported document (4) :

  • The planned date for the tasks

  • Checklists and workspaces to which the tasks are attached

  • The due date of the tasks

  • Custom fields active on tasks

  • The sub-tasks of the tasks

  • The description of the tasks

  • Comments of the tasks

  • File attached to the task

  • View date and signature: if this box is checked, a line will be added at the end of the document with the possibility to enter the place, the date and a signature.

Field Orientation

Choose the orientation of the exported document (5) :

  • Portrait orientation

  • Landscape orientation

Choose the font size (6) :

  • Small

  • Medium

  • Large

Click on Generate File (7)

  1. Click on Download File

  2. Click on the downloaded file and save it in the desired location.

Export in Excel format

It is possible to choose what will appear on the exported document in Excel format.

Field Title

  • All tasks

  • Selected tasks

Field Columns to show

Choose the columns that will appear on the exported document (3) :

  • Task status: open tasks, completed or deleted

  • The priority given to tasks

  • The name of the tasks

  • The description of the tasks

  • The checklists to which the tasks are attached

  • The workspaces to which the tasks are attached

  • The planned date for the tasks

  • The due date of the tasks

  • Those responsible for each task

  • The creators of each task

  • Date and time of task creation

  • People who have completed the tasks

  • The date and time when the tasks were completed

  • The people who deleted the tasks

  • The date and time the tasks were deleted.

  • File attached to the task

Choose the custom fields to view (4)

Click on Generate File (5)

  1. Click on Download File

  2. Click on the downloaded file and save it in the desired location.

Export in CSV format

It is possible to choose what will appear on the exported document in CSV format.

Field Title

Export selected tasks

It is possible to select the tasks to be exported in a checklist beforehand:

  1. Click on the first of the tasks to be selected then click and hold down the Control (ctrl) key on the keyboard.

  2. Select the other tasks by clicking on them and release the ctrl key only after the operation is completed.

  3. Click Export

To export the file with only freshly selected tasks :

  1. Go to the Task to be exported field and select the Selected tasks option. The number in brackets indicates the number of tasks selected for export.

  2. Click Generate File

  1. Click on Download File

  2. Click on the downloaded file and save it in the desired location.
