When you click on a team, you access all the workspaces related to it. There is a distinction to be made between two categories of workspaces within the same team:
Spaces that concern you directly, those of which you are a member.
Spaces that do not concern you directly but that you can reach if necessary.
Workspaces that concern me directly
The workspaces that concern you and for which you are a stakeholder are those of which you are a member. Among these spaces, you can also determine which are your favorites, by clicking on the heart icon of the map representing the space. These spaces will appear under the team in question in the main menu on the left, giving you easy access to them.
In the example below, only two spaces appear under the Management team, these are the two spaces chosen as favorites.
All team workspaces
Team members have access to the contents of all public workspaces related to the team. However, you can only join those areas that concern you directly.
Joining a workspace within a team
To join a workspace you are not yet a member of, click on the Join button (1). You are now a member of the workspace. The workspace is one of your favorites and appears in your main menu on the left side of the screen (2). You can click again on the heart icon if you wish to remove it from your favorites.
