It is possible to replace a file added to the platform and consult the version history.

Replace a file

In order to update a version, you can replace all the files added to the platform

Replace a file added to a workspaces

  1. Go to the workspaces containing the file

  2. Click on the Files tab

  3. Click on the concerned file

  4. From the information pane, click on the button with the three vertical points

  5. Click on Replace File

  6. A window opens: drag and drop the file or click on the Choose Files button to access your computer folders.

ℹ️ Info :

  • The procedure is the same if you want to replace a file attached to a task or a meeting.

  • For files attached to tasks and meetings, if you do not find the Replace option, the file has been added to the workspace. You must therefore replace it from the Files tab of the workspace in question.
