I'm a network administrator and one of the users can't reset his password, how can I do it?

Only administrators are allowed to access the network settings.

To send a password reset request :

  1. From your Profile click on Settings

  2. Click on Users

  3. Locate the active user to whom you need to send the Invitation request and click on the button with the three vertical points

  4. Finally, click on Send password reset.
