To access your electronic signature settings, go to My settings under Signature (1).

You can then add a country and a phone number (2).

There is also an option to add an additional line, where you can enter your job title or other information (3).

You can upload your own signature as an image (4).

Finally, you will have the option to choose from three different fonts for your electronic signature (5).
💡 You will only see the “Signature” option in your personal settings if electronic signature has been enabled by your administrator.
