Only people who have full access rights to the meeting are allowed to change attendees' access rights. If you have read-only access, your access rights have been limited by the person who created the meeting. Therefore, you need to talk to the attendees who have full rights so that they can change your access. You can view the distribution of rights for each meeting. To do so, you can :

  1. Click the Access and Signatures button

  2. A window will open showing you who has full access rights ("Editor" role). In order for you to modify the agenda, two options are possible:

  • You are given the Editor access: you will be able to modify everything concerning the meeting (create/edit the content of the meeting at each step, change the step of the meeting, add/delete attendees and change their rights)

  • You are given Participant access: you will be able to create and modify all the items on the agenda.
