Allow topic submission for users who don't have access

The Organizer of the Meeting can allow Topic submission for Users without access to the Meeting.

  1. In the respective Meeting, click on the three vertical dots

  2. Select Settings

  3. A window opens, enable the option “Allow topic submission

All Meetings in the series will then be visible to Users without access, who will be able to submit topics there (4). Users without access will not be able to view the content of the Meeting (greyed out), but only submit a topic.
