Once the topic has been submitted, it does not immediately appear on the agenda. It is pending in the dedicated section, called “Submitted Topics”, visible only by the editor and the user who submitted the theme.
The meeting editor can then accept, refuse, or request a review of the proposal before it is integrated.
Accept the theme
Open the meeting concerned
Go to the section Subjected topics
Select the section in which to integrate the theme
Click on Accept
Reject/request a review of the topic
Open the relevant meeting
Go to the Subjected topics section
Click on Reject
A window opens, you can then give a Reason for rejection and/or request a review
Confirm by clicking on Reject
