When you want to create a meeting in WEDO you have three options:

  1. Create a new meeting from scratch

  2. Add an occurrence to a recurring meeting

  3. Add a meeting from an existing template

1. Create a new meeting - From scratch

Click on the + button at the top of the left menu (1) and then on Meeting (2).

You can also create a meeting directly from a workspace. Go to the workspace (1), under the Meetings tab (2) and click on Add a meeting (3).

Then set up the information related to your meeting:

  1. Title

  2. Workspace

  3. Attendees

  4. Date

  5. Start and end time

  6. Recurrence

  7. Location

Finally, click on Add a meeting

Notes :

When you set up a recurring meeting, simply enter the recurrence in the field provided. WEDO will create the first 5 meetings in the series. You can then add meeting occurrences as you go along, as explained in paragraph 2. Add an occurrence to a recurring meeting.

In the time field, enter only the duration of a single meeting. This field is not designed to indicate a start and end date for the series. Enter only the start and end dates of a single meeting.

2. Add an occurrence to a recurring meeting

Go directly to the last occurrence of your recurring meeting (1) and click on Add next (2).

The next meeting is created directly from the sections of the previous meeting.

3. Add a meeting from an existing template

Not all meetings are recurring. For non-recurring meetings, you can follow up by linking a new meeting to a past meeting.

Click on the + button in the upper right corner and then on Meeting.

You can also create a meeting directly from a workspace. Go to the workspace (1), under the Meetings tab (2) and click on Add a meeting (3).

A window opens and you can choose the template you want to use from the tab From existing (1). In the example below, this is Meeting XYZ, which has only taken place once. Click on the meeting to open the window allowing you to set the details of your meeting.
