Show/hide meeting templates

You can choose which templates to display in the workspace to keep only those that are used the most.

You can hide meeting templates that you do not use frequently so that only regular templates appear in the add window.

To hide templates:

  1. Click + Add Meeting.

  2. Go under "From existing" to locate the template you want to hide

  3. Then click the ⋮ button and click Hide

  4. Close the window

When you return to the window, only unhidden templates appear. You can choose to Show hidden meetings if necessary:

And finally, you can display a template again if needed:

  1. Click + Add Meeting

  2. Locate the template you want to display and then click on the ⋮ button and on Display

  3. Close the window
