☑️ What are subtasks for?

Sub-tasks can help you clarify the objectives of the major task, and break down a complex task into simpler, more manageable elements.

💡 6 benefits of subtasks

  1. Improve organization: make it easier to plan and meet due dates.

  2. Increase productivity: enable team members to focus on specific tasks.

  3. Facilitate collaboration: distribute work fairly and encourage clear communication.

  4. Better resource management: plan and allocate resources efficiently.

  5. Reduce risk: detect potential problems early and adjust the project plan.

  6. Evaluation and continuous improvement: analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
