How to activate the Electronic Signature Add-on?

Only administrators have the authorization to manage network settings.

The electronic signature in WEDO is available as an add-on to your subscription. This means it's an additional service you subscribe to separately.

Pricing

The electronic signature add-on allows unlimited use of Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) for your entire organization. The annual cost is 240$.

If you need Advanced (AES) or Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES), an additional cost of 3.50$ per signature applies. This fee covers the cost of the signatures billed by our trusted provider, Swisscom.

Once you have subscribed to the electronic signature add-on, the cost will automatically be added to your annual bill.

How to activate the add-on?

In the Organization Settings:

  1. Click on Billing

  2. Then click on Manage Add-ons

  3. Toggle on the switch for Electronic Signatures

  4. If you want QES: Select the quota for Qualified Electronic Signatures for your network. This is the maximum number of signatures you can use during the active billing period.*

  5. Click on Next

(*) This is a planning quota; you will only be billed for the actual number of signatures used.

On the right side of the screen, you will find a summary of your billing. The amount is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the time remaining until your subscription renewal.

6. Check the box I have read and accept the subscription agreement

7. Click on Upgrade to confirm the purchase
