Swisscom Signing Services

Swisscom Signing Service is a signature and seal service covering the EU/EEA and Swiss legal areas. As an accredited trust service, it meets the legal requirements of the European eIDAS regulation and the Swiss federal CSES law. Additionally, the signature service adheres to standards published by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI).

How to Verify Your Identity with Swisscom?

Once you arrive on the Swisscom webpage, select the type of electronic signature for which you want to verify your identity:

Options for identity verification with Swisscom:

  1. In-Person verification: You can visit a Swisscom Shop with valid ID to verify your identity with a Swisscom employee. The process only takes a few minutes.

  2. Online authentication: You can also complete your authentication online; however, these services offered by Swisscom are paid.
