Archive a checklist template

Only the moderators of the model are allowed to archive it.

Archiving disables the creation of tasks in a checklist template and thus allows, for example, to close it without deleting the tasks related to it. This can be interesting for archiving old procedures that are no longer current.

1. Go to the checklist template in question

2. Click on the button with the three vertical points

3. Click on Archive

4. A window opens, click on Archive to confirm

Unarchiving a checklist template

A feature allows you to unarchive an archived checklist template.

1. Click on Brwose organization

2. In the drop-down menu click on Templates

3. On the upper-right corner, click on Status

4. In the drop-down menu select Archived to display the archived templates

5. Find the checklist template to unarchive, click on the button with the three vertical points

6. Click on Unarchive

7. A window opens, click on Unarchive to confirm
