Add a comment to a Topic
Add private notes to your meeting with the Note Block.
The Comment (private) block allows you to add a private comment in a meeting Topic.
Your comments appear by default on a yellow background. They are visible only to the user who adds them and can be entered at any stage of the meeting (including when the meeting minutes are locked). To add a private comments, you have two options:

icon in the upper-right corner
It is possible to share a private comment with one or more people using mentions. To mention someone, simply type @FirstName and select them from the dropdown menu.
Only the mentioned people will be able to view the shared comment.
It is also possible to publish a private comment — simply click on the “Private” label and select “Public”.
The comment will then appear in blue and become visible to all participants of the meeting.
