What is a circular resolution?
A circular resolution is a vote conducted without a meeting, which takes place through written consultation of the members of a decision-making body (such as the Board of Directors).
How do you make a circular resolution in WEDO?
In WEDO, votes are linked to meetings. Even if you are not holding a physical or virtual meeting, the meeting serves as a container: it centralizes the list of participants, defines the voting rights, and officially records the result.
Steps to make a circular decision in WEDO:
First, create a new meeting
Add the required participants and define them as voters
In a topic titled “Circular Decision” add the vote
status of the meeting on agenda is validated
Click on Share and then on Request votes
A notification is sent to each voter in their Inbox and they can vote directly from there without needing to view the meeting.
