Workspace settings
Configure the name, description, logo, tabs, and choose options to set up the tasks in your workspace.
Workspace settings
🔒 Only the workspace's moderators have access to the settings.
To change the workspace settings:
Go to the workspace
Click on the three vertical dots
Click on Settings
From the left panel, you will find all the space options that can be configured according to your needs. Let's discover these options in detail 👇🏻
Workspace name
It is possible to change the name of a workspace*.
The old name of the workspace is automatically taken over
Enter the new name of the workspace
Click on Save
* 🎨 You can also change the color of the space by clicking on the colored dot next to the Name field.
Workspace description
It is possible to add a description to the workspace or to modify existing text.

Click Save
💡 You will then get a preview of the description next to the space name:
Logo
So that you can customize your exports — task lists or meeting reports — you can assign a logo to a workspace. This will appear in the header of documents exported from the space in question.
To assign a logo to a workspace
Click on Choose a file
A window opens: select the image from your folders and click on Save
Click on Close
Task settings
Settings These settings define the default sorting and display of workspace tasks.
Group by to choose the default sorting mode
View to select the display mode (List or Kanban)
Custom sections
Custom sections allow you to organize the workspace by integrating subgroups. For example, this workspace is subdivided into four categories that include Project Progress > Preliminary Project, Launch, Execution, Closure.
Enter the name of the custom section
Click on + or simply press Enter to validate the entry

Under the Building Renovation A workspace, there are now the custom sections created. It is therefore possible to distribute the tasks in the space into the sections by clicking and pulling on them without releasing the mouse.

Custom sections allow unlimited use cases: project stages, progress status, groups by department, etc.
Custom fields
Custom fields allow you to add information to the details panel of network tasks in a structured manner.
Once custom fields are created, they are automatically carried over to the workspace settings. In the example below, only the Progress Status field is active for this space.
ℹ️ The Activate/Deactivate buttons allow you to manage custom fields to be applied to workspace tasks.
Activating a field allows it to be found in the workspace task details panel, as in the image below.
Calendar sync
You can sync workspace tasks into your calendar (e.g. Outlook or Google Calendar). To do so, copy the link and import it into your calendar application. To help you, you can access the help page for Outlook and Google Calendar by clicking on the corresponding icons.
Email in task
You can create a shared task in the workspace by sending an email. To do this, transferred the email in question to the email address in question in the workspace. The email will be converted into a task according to three criteria:
The subject of the email will become the title of the task
The content of the email will become the description of the task
All files attached to the email will be attached to the task
History
From the workspace settings, you can consult the activity history of the space of work. The history traces all the actions performed by the various members of the workspace, such as creating sections, activating custom fields, etc.

Activation of tabs
Select the active tabs in your workspace by activating or deactivating the corresponding toggles.
💡 For the Executive Committee area, I deactivate the Checklists and Gantt tabs that are not relevant.
Default tab
Choose which tab will be automatically deployed when you go to the workspace.
💡 For my Executive Committee workspace, I choose the Meetings tab as the default view.
