A task is an action to be performed. It is used to organize projects, departments or the work of other teams.

Create private tasks

Here's how to create a private task:

  1. In the upper-left space of your screen, click on the + button

  2. Click on Task

  3. A pop-up opens: provide the task informations

  4. Once you are done, click on Save

  1. Go to My Tasks

  2. Enter the task

  3. Click on Enter to validate the entry.

  2. In the upper-right space of your scree, click on Add task

  3. The details pane opens, provide the task information

A task entered in the personal space is private, which means that only you can see it.

Create tasks in a workspace

Here's how to create a task in a workspace :

  1. Go to the Workspace in question

  2. Click on the Tasks Tab

  3. Enter the task and click on Enter to validate the entry.

  4. The detail pane opens: provide the task information

A task entered in a workspace is shared with the members of that workspace. By default, it is not assigned to anyone.
