A task is an action to be performed. It is used to organize projects, departments or the work of other teams.

Create private tasks
Here's how to create a private task:

In the upper-left space of your screen, click on the + button

Click on Task

A pop-up opens: provide the task informations

Once you are done, click on Save

Go to My Tasks

Enter the task
-
Click on Enter to validate the entry.

Go to My tasks

In the upper-right space of your scree, click on Add task

The details pane opens, provide the task information
A task entered in the personal space is private, which means that only you can see it.
Create tasks in a workspace
Here's how to create a task in a workspace :

Go to the Workspace in question

Click on the Tasks Tab

Enter the task and click on Enter to validate the entry.

In the upper-right space of your screen, click on Add task

The detail pane opens: provide the task information
A task entered in a workspace is shared with the members of that workspace. By default, it is not assigned to anyone.
