WEDO Governance
WEDO's Governance feature allows you to represent your organization chart in the form of circles and roles.
A circle is used to group roles together, generally representing a department or team within your organization. For example: Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, etc. Each circle has the authority to create roles and sub-circles within itself.
A role defines in sum the specifications of the people who contribute to that role within your organization. For example: Secretariat, Recruitment, Newsletter Management, etc.

Mirror roles
A role can be mirrored. For example, the Secretary role must be represented in the Executive Management, HR and Administration circles. Mirroring roles in WEDO avoids the need to re-enter information, as the purpose, expectations and areas of authority are repeated between the different mirrors of a role.
ℹ️ It is possible to add specific features to the mirror role in each circle in which the role exists. It is also possible to modify the people responsible for the mirror role if necessary.
Circle and role colors
You can choose the color of a circle or role to highlight it.
ℹ️ Note that if you change the color of a mirror role, all linked roles will adopt the same color.
User directory
The directory lets you view all the circles and roles to which a person belongs.
