Optimize your time and don't miss any agenda items by turning your emails into topics
Discover the new “Thematic Email” feature from WEDO, which allows you to transform a received email into a topic on your agenda. Here's how it works:
Email subject: It becomes the topic title.
Email body: It is converted into paragraphs within the topic.
Attachments: They are added as attachments in the theme.
Original email: It is also added as an attachment, allowing you to open the email directly from your email in one click.
Informative line: A line added at the beginning of the topic indicates who created the topic and when
There are two options for using this feature:
Email in Meeting Topic
By using the email address dedicated to the theme of the meeting, each forwarded email creates a new topic at the end of your agenda.
Email in Topic in a Section
By using the email address of a specific section, each email sent creates a new topic in the corresponding section.
💡 You can reuse the same email address for each meeting in the series. The theme will always be created in the active meeting (the next scheduled meeting).
