A workspace allows a group of people to collaborate by sharing tasks and meetings.

Create a workspace

It is possible to add / remove members or modify the list of moderators in the workspace.

Configure the name, description, logo, tabs and choose options to set up your workspace tasks.

For each workspace, choose the default tab and select the active tabs.

It is possible to move a workspace in a team in order to share it with team members.

Subscribe to a workspace and be notified of each new task created or shared in it.

Unsubscribe from a space to no longer be notified each time a task is created or shared with it.

Display your workspaces as a mosaic or a list. Sort them thanks to the different filters available.

The duplicate function is used to copy a workspace to avoid having to set it up again.

View the history of a workspace to track all actions performed on it.

It is possible to archive a workspace and cancel this action if necessary.

It is possible to delete a workspace and cancel this action if necessary.

Create workspaces to share meetings, tasks, and files with the right people.
