RIGHTS IN WEDO

THE NETWORK

👤 In your WEDO network, you will find different types of users:

🔑 An administrator is authorized to manage the network:

ℹ️ There can be several administrators per network. In fact, we recommend appointing at least 2.

TEAMS, SPACES and TEMPLATES

🔒 A moderator is the user with the authority to change the configuration of a team, workspace or checklist template.

What can be configured?

👥 Team:

💼 Workspace:

📋 Checklist template:

ℹ️ You can appoint multiple moderators per team, space or model. In fact, we recommend appointing a minimum of 2.

ℹ️ A network administrator added to a team, space or template automatically becomes a moderator.

MEETINGS

🔑 Roles:

  • Editor 👑

  • Attendee ✏️

  • Reader 👁️

  • No access 🚫

🔏 Rights:

The rights on the meeting depend on the role assigned to the user.

💡 Use cases / examples:

We present in a few lines some use cases that will allow you to understand these different notions of rights.

  • Possibility to be a member of a space but not of a team: example → My colleague Alice is not a member of the Admin team but she attends a specific project of the Admin team. So she is only a member of the Project workspace and not of the team.

  • Network administrator who is not a member of a private workspace linked to the HR team. This space concerns the management of Salaries.

  • An external reviewer with read-only access to the PV or for a few sections of a locked PV (to be added only in access management).

  • An apprentice member of a workspace who can add items exclusively to certain sections of a session.

  • A moderator who never manages any meeting (never in attendees).

  • An editor who is neither a moderator nor an administrator.
